Customer service will review and respond within 3 working days after receiving the application. - Refund processing time
Approved refund applications will be processed within 7 working days, and the specific time of arrival depends on the payment channel. - Refund method
The refund will be returned to the user’s payment account. If the original payment method cannot be returned, the refund will be negotiated with the user through other methods. - Special case handling
If the product has not been used for more than 7 days, you can apply for a refund but the handling fee will be deducted.
